MSK covers all joints and soft tissues from the hip to the toes and from the shoulder to the fingers. Spinal injections (prolozone only) cover the whole spine including the pelvis and coccyx (tail bone).
Our clinics give you a complete solution with no need for a GP referral, offering physical examination, diagnosis and treatment under one roof, all performed on the same day.
All injections are performed by dual qualified clinicians with masters level postgraduate diplomas (PGDip) in diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound guided injections.

What do the Private Injection Clinics do?
We specialise in non-surgical injection treatments for joint, muscle, tendon, ligament and spinal pain, including steroid/cortisone, Prolozone, Hyaluronic Acid, Arthrosamid, and NSTRIDE services. Our focus is providing fast access to expert care without long waiting lists.
Are your injections ultrasound-guided?
All musculoskeletal injections for arms and legs are ultrasound-guided to ensure accuracy and safety. Spinal injections (Prolozone therapy) are performed using anatomical landmark techniques, as these target structures not visible on ultrasound.
How quickly can I be diagnosed and treated?
In many cases, diagnosis and treatment can happen on the same day. Because we have onsite digital X-ray and diagnostic ultrasound, we can assess your condition immediately and, where appropriate, proceed straight to injection treatment.
Do we offer imaging at the clinic?
Yes. We provide onsite diagnostic ultrasound and digital X-ray. Having both in-house allows us to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions quickly, confirm suitability for injection treatment, and deliver targeted care without referral delays.
Why is having onsite digital X-ray so important?
Our in-clinic X-ray allows us to assess joint space narrowing, osteoarthritis severity, bone alignment or degeneration, and suitability for treatments such as Arthrosamid, Hyaluronic Acid or Prolozone. This enables a diagnosis and treatment plan on the same day, rather than waiting for results from elsewhere.
What if I need an MRI scan?
If further imaging is required, we can refer you for a private MRI scan costing £250, with results typically available within one week.
